Is Your Anxiety Level MAXED OUT with Drones, UFOs, and Government Secrets? Here are the ANSWERS You’ve Been Looking For.

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Several years ago, our lives were profoundly altered by the onset of the “Covid Crisis.” It brought sickness, loss, and a stark realization: many of the institutions we once trusted were no longer reliable sources of truth. The attempts by some to exert control over us became glaringly apparent—an unsettling and deeply uncomfortable awakening for many.

Since then, things have only escalated. Anxiety levels have soared as reports and sightings of unusual activity in our skies fuel uncertainty. For many of us, the overwhelming sentiment is clear: “Enough Already!” The constant stream of chaos has left us exclaiming, “I can’t take one more piece of bad news. Just stop!” Can you relate to this feeling? If so, I’d like to offer some guidance.

First, take a moment to pause. Sit back, take a deep breath, and set aside the fear, worry, and stress you’re carrying—just for now. With those feelings now placed on a temporary hold, let’s begin to discuss managing our emotions to resolve the disabled state that we are currently in.

Our bodies are designed to react instinctively when we hear or see something alarming. This natural response, often referred to as “fight or flight,” prepares us to take immediate action to protect ourselves—a mechanism that has long been essential for survival. We have been programed this way.

Many of you may have experienced situations where this heightened state of alertness led to a positive outcome. Perhaps it enabled you to respond quickly and safeguard your health or even save your life. In such cases, this response served its purpose effectively. This emotional response has been good for us, but what about now? Is this same programming effective, or is it leading to our demise?

Over the past three to four years, stress and anxiety have steadily mounted for many of us. Now, with the added uncertainty surrounding reports of an “alien invasion” and the government’s silence on the matter, emotions have shifted from being protective to becoming overwhelming. For many, these emotions no longer inspire action but instead lead to paralysis. Feelings of depression, anxiety, and despair have replaced constructive responses, leaving some stuck in a cycle of hopelessness, defeat, and resignation.

I would like to help you in validating those feelings that you are now having, and let you know that they are quite normal. They are also the same feelings that the majority of people are feeling right now. “It’s the popular way to feel.” =)

We have lost control. These problems listed above are not something that we can fix, like we would a plugged sink. The first step in managing our emotions is…Separating the useful from the destructive.

The process is quite simple. Let me break it down for you. I would like for you to sit at a computer, or pull out a piece of paper, and list 3 column headings:

No Control                   Some Control                   Full Control

Awesome! Now, think of the things in your life that are stressing you out. Take one thought at a time, and ask yourself…”Can I fix this?” For example, can I change or fix the fact that there are objects flying in the sky right now that are stressing me out? The answer is NO. What’s happening is uncertain, yet you cannot control nor fix it. Since you have NO control over the outcome, you would list it under the No Control column.

Now, onto another thought for this assignment. You get up this morning and think, “I don’t want to go to work today.” Do you have control over this thought? Yes, you have full control. You can decide to go to work, or not. There are consequences with your decision, but you have full control over the thought. Because of this, let’s place it under the Full Control column. These are thoughts or worries that you are in full control over.

So, what would we place in the center column, Some Control? Here is a scenario for that group. My teenager made a bad decision which led to a consequence. What parental advice, rules, or restrictions should I give to them? If you are a co-parent, you have some control over your plan, but the other parent also has some control over the situation. This problem would be placed into the Some Control column. You can still contribute to the outcome, but others can do the same..It is a shared event.

What does this assignment have to do with my stress and anxiety right now?

Perhaps you are already ahead of me with the answer. Look at the things listed in your No Control column. I’m certain that these are BIG problems, and perhaps even the ones that are giving you the most anxiety. Everything in this column right now is beyond your control. You can worry, stress, and have maximum anxiety over these things, and it will change absolutely NOTHING. You can contribute absolutely nothing to change the outcome. So, why are you stressing about it? You must allow life to continue forward. Since you are not in the driver’s seat with these things, you must let them ALL go emotionally…That’s right, ALL of them. For those anxiety friends reading this, you have lived your life believing that you must worry, to do your part in managing your life. This is not the case with this group. Let them go. Stop even thinking about them.

For those of you who believe in God, you can certainly pray for these things to be resolved if you feel a sense of still wanting some control over them. I personally have a very strong belief in God, and I have chosen to fully let them go, and not even pray about them. I have reached this decision by realizing that God is fully aware of what is happening, and in full control. Many of these things have actually been prophesized in the Bible, and might even be part of His plan. I will support God’s plan and demonstrate my faith in Him by trusting that He is in control. (More about this later in this writing).

With that category eliminated from the worry that is spinning in our minds now, spend the majority of your “mental emotions” focused upon those things in your Full, and Some Control columns. Look at them. Now, create a plan to resolve or deal with each item, and then follow that plan. By doing this, you will empower yourself to make positive changes. You will also see the productive results by seeing the worry lesson because of your efforts. This is satisfying, and gives us encouragement to stay in these columns, and continuing to “fix” the things that are stressing us. You are now being productive emotionally, because you have the ability to make things better. Even though everything is not fixed, you are spending your emotions specifically in areas that you can have some input and action regarding the outcome.

You might even find that those things that you have control over might even eventually move into the NO CONTROL category, because you have done everything possible to resolve it. Once the item has shifted, again, you must let it go emotionally.

Now, back to the No Control column. I cannot continue providing helpful information without bring up some spiritual discussion. Even if you are not a spiritual person, consider being open minded for a moment.

I have written many articles about the Last Days, and God, on my blog at www.riverwilde.blog. Please go there if you would like more evidence that we are living in the Last Days.

Last Days?? Did reading that just give you more anxiety? If so, I have some great news for you.

The Last Days have been planned by God more than 6,000 years ago. That’s right… Planned. Even though all of the things that are happening around us are new, God’s plan is moving forward…just as He has known it would, and is aware of.

There are two separate entities involved right now, as we are in the middle of a spiritual battle of Good vs Evil. God, as planned, has had enough of satan and his earthly influence over the people on Earth.

As foretold in the bible, satan and his followers will soon clash in a battle, and satan will be defeated. God and His people win, and will live together forever in a place surrounded by peace, love, harmony, and happiness.

It is important for you to realize the full picture of what is happening. Understanding this will place your emotions in a more manageable level, if you see things in this perspective. But, how so?

I love suspense movies. One of the reasons that I do has to do with the emotions that I feel as I travel through the story. What destroys a suspense movie for me is to have someone tell me how the movie ends. After hearing the ending, the suspenseful emotions leave, and the movie is ruined for me.

Like this example, if we know how the story ends regarding the last days, it will lessen, or remove the anxiety/stress emotions that we feel. If things end with us being in the most glorious place ever, it changes my emotion of stress into positive anticipation of, “I can’t wait”.

Again, I would like to assist you through this process of lessening your stress with the Last Days. How close are you to God? Do you know Him? Have you had experiences in your life that have strengthened your relationship with God. Let me share one of mine with you. (It’s on my blog, titled, “God, please Save Me”. https://riverwildeblog.wordpress.com/2024/10/04/god-please-save-me/ )

I was on an elk hunt in the snowy mountains of Utah, separated from my group. I was in a period of my life when I had left God, and thought that I could do everything on my own.

Even with the technology of a GPS, I became lost for a substantial amount of time. I was frozen, and had come to realize that I would soon die because of my situation… Deep snow, pitch black sky’s, thick timber, and frozen without the ability to build a fire, a positive outcome was impossible.

I had been resisting the thought to pray due to my decision to leave God. But, as I lay in the snow ready to resign my life, I looked at my GPS one last time and saw.. God Please Save.. in the letters GPS. Overcome with a feeling of unconditional love, I rolled onto my knees and began to pray as I wept. I asked God to forgive my arrogance, and asked Him to intervene.

After my prayer, I stood up and began walking. There was no trail, just snow and trees, but it was as if I knew exactly where I was going, even though I could barely see a few feet ahead of me due to the darkness. I walked for some time… and.. right into our camp. It was a miracle. God had led me back to safety. I was saved because of Him, and my willingness to ask Him for help.

I believe in God, and TRUST Him. This trust gives me a peace that far shadows any concern or worry that I have regarding the Last Days.

1 Thessalonians 5:9 - For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 41:10 - Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Psalms 138:7 - Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Psalms 5:11 - But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

Psalms 91:1-3, 5-6, 10

1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

And a scripture that I find great comfort in reading:

Romans 5:9 - Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

This spiritual battle is between God and His people vs satan and his followers. If you are on Gods side, He has promised you that He will save you from the wrath that is coming. If you are satan’s follower, you have no promise other than what the Antichrist will promise you when he is soon to come onto the earth. And as we have learned, his promises will turn out to be unfounded…Empty, and a deception. They will then be subject to the wrath that God has planned to pour out onto the earth.

In conclusion, I must state the obvious fact. There is only one truth! Regardless of what anyone might believe, it doesn’t change the truth. The truth will happen regardless of its popularity, earthly power, or personal desire. You and me cannot change God’s plan, however, we can benefit from it.

As with ALL spiritual matters, you can find the truth by asking the entity which is over the creation of you and me. As you get upon your knees, ask God what the truth is. Ask Him if what I have written is true. As you continue to study and pray about what you are learning, God will give you special feelings of comfort and goodness if it is true. If false, you will have confusion and uneasy feelings.

I promise you that the closer you get to God, you will see a diminish is your fear, anxiety, depression, and despair. Trust Him. There is peace in Christ. I know this because of my personal experience.

We are living in the greatest moment in history…and you have a front row seat. Remember how this movie ends, and you will be able to relax and see this battle play out. Look for God’s mighty hand, and watch for satan’s deception, as this has again been foretold 6,000 years ago.

There are some, including myself, that believe that God will come and remove us from the earth in what is known as The Rapture. When He does, we will not even have to experience these final seven years…. You know, the time that you have been worrying so much about.

So, stop worrying about your No Control column, and give it to God. Do it today. You will find the peace that you have been looking for, and more.

I’ll see you soon…in the clouds, as we watch our God finally take satan out, and send him away. TRUST HIM!
