A. MON. 23 DEC. 2024 IRS CRIMES THAT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU: “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”:

· Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail without the ability to file an appeal because he won’t be sentenced until tomorrow Mon. 23 Dec. 2024.

· Barbie & Ken Cromar were falsely accused of “$1,053,028.65 liability in federal income tax” owed to the IRS. After court filings by the Cromars the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitted that the IRS had no legitimate claim over the Defendants Cromar and a Dismissal for lack of jurisdiction was granted.

· Despite the Dismissal the Cromars have twice been evicted from their home that they own without a hearing on the matter, been arrested without a warrant, been denied due process, been denied court hearings, been denied the ability to file documents in their defense, been denied the right to call witnesses in their case, yet faced a Trial by Jury on June 27, 2022 and the potential of being convicted and imprisoned up to 15 years.

Unless a miracle happens before Monday, December 23, Judge Nielson plans to sentence me. The prosecutors have asked him to give me the maximum possible of an 84-month sentence and require me to pay the “victim” IRS $723,28.65 in “restitution”. CRAZY!

Unbelievably, Judge Nielson has never addressed any of our motions for judicial acquittal, a new trial, or SCOTUS’ recent Moore vs U.S., a new ruling which has 100% vindicated Barbara and me, but promises to do so and will “only proceed to sentencing if necessary”. Haha!

People have asked if they may come to the court. YES, please! This sentencing hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 23 at 1:30 p.m. in room 7.300 at U.S. District Court, 351 South West Temple, Salt Lake City.
