Rep. Andy Biggs Brutally Confronts Top Immigration Services Official Over Fraud

The Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration admitted she knew about the fraud in a hearing last week. 

Make no mistake. The federal government is partnering with NGOs to commit felonies including immigration fraud, drug trafficking, human trafficking, child trafficking and labor trafficking.

Meanwhile Biden is rushing to sell off the border wall materials as scrap that he left rotting when disbanding the wall, even though the Texas Governor had been trying to buy it for years.

At last week’s House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) questioned Ur Jaddou, Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The CHNV Program migrant program and its corruption was blasted wide open at a hearing.  What is the CHNV Program?

On January 6, 2023, the Biden Administration opened a humanitarian parole program allowing certain nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) to apply for entry to  the U.S. for a temporary stay of up to two years. All individuals admitted through the CHNV program must have a U.S.-based supporter, pass security vetting, and meet other criteria. Parole is not an immigration status.

During the two-year parole period, individuals may seek humanitarian relief or other immigration benefits, if they are eligible, and work during that time. In August 2024, following a temporary program pause and as a part of an internal review, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) added enhanced vetting measures for U.S.-based supporters.

In January 2023, the Administration committed to accepting 30,000 beneficiaries a month from across the four countries, raising the cap on a previous parole program solely for Venezuelan beneficiaries. Within the first six months of launching the program, over 35,000 Cubans, 50,000 Haitians, 21,500 Nicaraguans, and 48,500 Venezuelans came to the U.S. through the program. As of August 2024, almost 530,000 people have been granted parole through the CHNV program, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

(Note we are talking about Supporters, Not migrants themselves. The likely so-called sponsors of the up to 500,000 missing children.)

“Nearly 2,000 times you had the same email address used on 20 different supporter applications – The same exact 184 word text response to a question on the supporter application was used on more than 1800 such applications by nearly 190 different CHNV supporters (literally copy and pasting applications) –

More than 460 non-existent zip codes were used on supporter applications on behalf of more than 2,800 CHNV aliens – 2024 DHS had approved more than 80,000 CHNV supporters who were on in the US on a temporary basis – 224 CHNV parolees approved as CHNV supporters.  (Continues after video)

170 additional parolees, non-CHNV approved as CHNV supporters – 28,322 temporary protected status holders approved as CHNV supporters – 19,865 SLEs approved as CHNV supporters – 311 DACA recipients approved as CHNV supporters – 1,300 plus aliens in the U.S. on temporary visas approved as CHNV supporters –

64 refugees approved as CHNV supporters – 1912 conditional permanent residents approved as CHMV supporters

The Texas Governor addressed the issue with saying that he had been trying to buy the materials for years without success.
