The FBI has declassified files on the CIA’s involvement in Satanic Ritual Abuse and Child Sex Trafficking. Many years ago former FBI Special Agent in charge and head of the Los Angeles FBI Ted Gunderson discovered that there was a secret widespread network of groups in the US who kidnapped children and infants, and subjected them to Satanic Ritual Abuse and subsequent human sacrifice.

A tortuous Mind Control program was brought into the US from Nazi Germany after World War II by among others, HW Bush, who was to become the CIA Director when the agency was formed a few years later.

The purpose of this mind-control programming was to secure life-long power over an individual and/or to create super spies, terrorists and assassins. This was done through continuously torturing a child so that their developing brain split into Multiple Personalities – now referred to by professional counselors as Dissociation. These alter personalities then could be controlled by the perpetrator throughout the victim’s life.

In 1950 CIA experiments began on humans, most of whom were innocent children. Survivors of the program say it involves International Child Kidnapping, sex abuse and exploitation networks.

The CIA torture of children program eventually known as MK-ULTRA consisted of 149 sub-projects, plus another 33 closely related programs. There were 80 participating US and Canadian institutions including 44 colleges and universities. All were, and it is suspected, are presently being funded by US taxpayers through a CIA black budget.

The subjects for the CIA torture were obtained from multigenerational families who sold their children into the program. The parents, mainly fathers who worshipped Satan (generally the mothers had no idea what was happening to their children), had prepared the child through pedophilia and other types of abuse that had already begun to split the innocent’s thinking patterns.

In 1964 after a successful lawsuit by mind-control survivor Linda MacDonald (of the infamous McDonalds Family Franchise which has been found to put human meat in their hamburgers), Congressional inquiries supposedly ended MK-ULTRA – not true.

MK-ULTRA RESEARCH continued but was curtailed in 1967 and thought extinct by 1973 after MK-ULTRA documents were destroyed by CIA Director Richard Helms prior to his resignation and another Congressional inquiry. The 1977 Freedom of Information Act was able to uncover 20,000 MK-ULTRA financial documents.

Yet, CIA mind-control survivor Christine Nicola testified before the 1995 President’s Advisory Committee on CIA Human Radiation Experiments claiming she was subjected to human experiments from age 4 through age 14, or until 1976. Victim C who testified in the same hearing said she was in the experiments from age 7 through age 24, or until 1984 (20 years after the supposed closure of MK-ULTRA).

In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys, 234 ritual abuse survivors stated that they remember being used in government-sponsored mind-control experiments in the US, while 83 said they remember being used in government-sponsored mind-control experiments in Canada.

In reviewing ages of the over 1,471 severe abuse study participants, over half were born after 1964 when MK-ULTRA was supposedly no longer functioning and many were abused after 1973 when Helms resigned and destroyed MK-ULTRA documents.

In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Studies 147 mind-control victims stated “yes” when asked if they were currently being accessed and abused by ritual abuse mind-control perpetrators against their will.

It was this same CIA MK-ULTRA Mind Control Programming believed being used to torture Foster Care Youth in Ohio Child Protective Services Group Homes, as in the case of Kaitlynn Dunn.
